Confession Corner
On TV in San Diego, I shamelessly exploited my young daughter, bribing her with Popsicles to act in comedy sketches. Arguably my low mark as a mom was her fake commercial for, uh, chewing tobacco. On cue she chomped (sugarless gum, I swear) and grinned. Today, as an adult, she neither chews "tobaccy" nor smokes. She is, however, a psychiatrist. Who could have seen that coming?
